Shipping
Orders are processed within 3-5 days and shipped through USPS. Depending on your choice of payment, personalized and custom orders, processing time may take longer. You will receive tracking information in your email once your order is processed and ready to be shipped.
Once your package is in the mail and the tracking number is emailed, you are responsible for keeping track of your package to know when it will arrive at the shipping address that was provided. Make sure at checkout you entered the correct address. GEclectics is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If there is no movement or it’s taking longer than expected, please contact your local USPS for help. We are not responsible for any late, lost, stolen or damaged packages delivered by the USPS.
Returns/Refunds
Returns are accepted for store credit.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s). Item(s) must be unworn and in their original unopened package(s). Please contact us before you return your items. You are responsible for all shipping costs. There will be a $5 inventory fee and shipping cost deducted from your store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we received your returned item(s). If you are approved for a refund (store credit), you will receive an email with your store credit code.
Any package(s) retuned to us refused/unaccepted or with an incorrect address there is no refund. If you request that your package(s) be sent back to you, you must pay the shipping costs.
Personalized, custom, sale and Deals & Steals cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. These are final sales. GEclectics reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges at any time.
Cancellations/Exchanges
Cancellation of orders and changes to orders aren’t guaranteed as we try to get orders out daily.
We only replace items if you received an incorrect item(s). Please contact us and submit pictures of the incorrect item(s) so we can correct our error.
We would never send damaged goods to our customers. We ensure items are in excellent condition before shipping. If your item is received damaged, it is due to USPS handling. Please contact USPS.
